Mehrfachbeschäftigung

Mehrfachbeschäftigung tritt in vielen Erscheinungsformen auf, beispielsweise in der Kombination von sozialversicherungspflichtiger Hauptbeschäftigung mit einer geringfügigen Nebentätigkeit oder auch in der selteneren Kombination von mehreren Minijobs. Die individuellen Gründe für die Aufnahme von Mehrfachbeschäftigungen sind noch nicht umfassend erforscht. Als institutioneller Anstoß kann die Änderung der gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen für Mini- und Midi-Jobs gesehen werden. Die Infoplattform bietet Literaturhinweise und Links zum aktuellen Stand der wissenschaftlichen Analyse in Deutschland und im internationalen Bereich.
